Hospitalist Job at Delphi Healthcare, PLLC in Massena, NY

We’re currently seeking a highly capable First Chair Hospitalist APP to join our program—someone with 2–4 years of experience who can perform independently and manage patient care confidently in a hospital setting.

This position offers two employment options based on your preference:

W2 Structure:

• Hourly rate: $90–$115, including quality incentives

• Malpractice and tail coverage provided

• Please note: travel and lodging are not included.

• W2 and 1099 options available 

1099 Structure:

• Hourly rate: $90–$115

• Travel and lodging covered

• Malpractice and tail coverage included

This role is best suited for providers who are comfortable working independently in a hospitalist setting and are looking for a stable, well-compensated schedule.
