Sentara Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Advanced Gastroenterologist to join our team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, team-oriented physician with strong clinical and interpersonal skills to help shape and expand a dynamic program.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Clinical Base Salary - $631,000/year.
- Productivity Compensation to recognize clinical productivity.
- Quality Performance Incentive - $24,500/year.
- Competitive Sign-on/Commencement Bonus.
