🩺 The Role: Full-Time Emergency Medicine APRN/APP

Located at Campbell County Health Hospital, this position is ideal for providers who thrive under pressure, are confident in making critical clinical decisions and enjoys working as part of a collaborative but independent team.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct complete patient evaluations, perform FAST exams, and manage all ESI levels of patient admitted through the ED.
• Be comfortable and confident in all expected procedural skills (independent)
• Work as part of a collaborative team to provide efficient and high-quality care.

🧠 The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

• Excited to live in, or near Gillette and ready to commit long-term

• ACLS/BLS/ATLS certified
• Professional, team-oriented, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

💵 Pay & Benefits

We’re proud to offer clear, fair, and transparent compensation:

Hourly Pay:

• Full Time (120 hours/month): $80/hr.

🩺 The Hospital: Campbell County Health Hospital

• Patient Volume: 21,000+ annual visits
• Patient Ratios: 1.3 to 1.5/hr.
• Capacity: 22 Beds, including trauma and fast track
• Support: Attending physicians are always on site.
• EMR System: EPIC
• Urgent care/walk in clinic shares entrance with the ED triage area – often siphons off the non-emergent patients
• Shift Structure:
• 2pm until Midnight
• Block shifts available
• 1 APP on per shift
