🩺 The Role: Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician

Located at Campbell County Health in Gillette, Wyoming, this role is ideal for providers who thrive in a dynamic, high acuity setting and are committed to long-term practice in a supportive and well-structured environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care
• Manage a range of acute medical conditions and trauma cases
• Perform emergency procedures
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of nurses, APPs, and hospital specialists
• Maintain thorough documentation and support quality initiatives
• Participate in scheduling and quality improvement discussions with leadership

🧠 The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
• Experienced in ED settings with a volume of at least 10,000 annual visits
• Committed to living in or near Gillette and growing with the team
• Professional, reliable, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

💵 Pay & Benefits

We’re proud to offer clear, fair, and transparent compensation:

Hourly Pay

• Day Shifts: $238.82/hr (6am–6pm or 10am–10pm)
• Mid Shifts: $248.37/hr (4pm–2am)
• Night Shifts: $262.69/hr (8pm–6am)

Scheduling

• Full-Time = 120 hours/month (approx. 12 shifts)
• Block scheduling available
• Extra shifts always optional — never required

🏥 The Hospital: Campbell County Health

• Regional Trauma Center with over 21,000 annual ED visits
• 22-bed ED (including 2 trauma and 4 Fast Track beds)
• Patient Per hour Ratio: 1.3 to 1.5/hr.
• Supported by nearly 20 clinics and an extensive hospital system
• EMR: EPIC
• Urgent care/walk in clinic shares entrance with the ED triage area – often siphons off the non-emergent patients
• Offers a wide array of specialties, excellent ancillary services, and modern facilities
• Shift Structure:
• 10 and 12 hours shifts, (3 options) – double coverage during peak hours.

• No 1099. This is a W-2 employed role only.
