🩺 The Role: Full-Time Hospitalist

Located at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, this position is ideal for providers who thrive in adult inpatient care and are ready to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Care for a range of adult medical inpatients (no peds, no procedures
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of nurses, APPs, and hospital specialists
• Maintain thorough documentation and support quality initiatives
• Participate in scheduling and quality improvement discussions with leadership

🧠 The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Board Certified in Internal medicine, family medicine or Med/Ped
• ACLS/BLS Certified
• Committed to living in or near Cheyenne and growing with the team
• Professional, reliable, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Has experience working as a hospitalist within the last 12 months
• A new grad? You’re still encouraged to apply if you're ready to hit the ground running and be part of a high-performing team

💵 Pay & Benefits

We’re proud to offer clear, fair, and transparent compensation:

Hourly Pay

• Full Time: 15 shifts per month $160/hour
• Day shift: 7am to 7pm
• Night Differential: $300/shift
• 7pm to 7am
• Quality Bonus: Up to $30,000/year

Scheduling

• 5 Physicians on during the day shift + 1 APP
• 1 Physician on during the night shift + 1 APP
• Block scheduling available
• Extra shifts always optional — never required

🏥 The Hospital: Cheyenne Regional Medical Center

Patient Volume: 60 to 100 per day total divided up among all providers

• Most providers will start their shift rounding on between 8–12 patients and will gain 4-6 new admits throughout their day.
• Support: APP/APRN assist on all shifts
• EMR System: EPIC
• Level 3 Trauma Center
• 222 bed hospital capacity
• Open ICU - option to do procedures or ventilation management - not expected

• No Locums. We are building a long-term team.
• No 1099. This is a W-2 employed role only.
• No Visa Sponsorship. We are unable to support visa applications.
