Kettering Health is expanding our Women’s Health Team and seeking a compassionate, skilled OB/GYN to join our established program in Hamilton, Ohio. Balanced Schedule: 2 OR days, 2.5 clinic days, and 0.5 admin day per week.
Clinic start times are flexible, and the last patient is scheduled at 3:30 p.m.
Shared Call: 1:4 rotation with 24/7 anesthesia and full hospitalist support.
Integrated Care Model: All surgeries and deliveries are performed at one hospital — no commuting between facilities.
Strong Team Support: Dedicated APP, RN, MA, scheduler, ultrasound tech, and experienced OR staff.
Modern Tools: Block OR time with DaVinci Xi robot available 24/7 and Epic EMR systemwide.
Comprehensive Services: Level II Labor & Delivery with 17 LDRP rooms and an 8-bed Special Care Nursery.

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Active or eligible for an Ohio medical license.
