Location: Kettering Health Hamilton | Hamilton, OH

Opportunity Overview:
Kettering Health Hamilton is seeking a full-time, hospital-employed OB/GYN to join our award-winning Women’s Health program. This opportunity offers a supportive, physician-friendly culture, cutting-edge technology, and a community environment where you can build a lasting practice.

Practice Structure:

  • Patient Volume: Physicians typically see 25–30 patients/day in the clinic.

  • Weekly Schedule: 2 OR days, 2.5 clinic days, 0.5 admin day. Clinic start times vary based on physician preference; last patient is scheduled at 3:30 p.m.

  • Call: Shared 1:4 call schedule with 24/7 anesthesia support.

Clinical Resources & Support:

  • Labor & Delivery: Level II unit, 17 LDRP rooms, 8-bed Special Care Nursery.

  • Surgical Resources: Block OR time, DaVinci Xi robot available 24/7.

  • Team Support: Dedicated APP, RN, MA, scheduler, ultrasound tech, and experienced OR staff.

  • Technology: Epic EMR across the system.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Structure: Guaranteed base salary + uncapped productivity + quality/patient experience incentives. Call compensation and sign-on bonus included.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution.

  • Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency.

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

  • Active or eligible for an Ohio medical license.
