Hospitalist Job at Delphi Healthcare, PLLC in Ogdensburg, NY

We’re actively recruiting for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join the team at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, a 25-bed hospital located in Ogdensburg, NY, along the scenic St. Lawrence River and just minutes from the Canadian border.

This is an immediate, high-priority need for a provider with an active New York State medical license who can commit to 7–10 shifts per month. You'll be working in a collaborative, well-supported environment with a strong community focus.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off – flexible block scheduling based on your availability
• Facility: 25-bed hospital with a 9-bed open ICU
• Procedures: Not required (vent management experience helpful)
• Compensation Options:
• W2: $382,000 annually + $25,000 performance bonus
• 1099: $382,000 annually with travel & lodging provided
• Malpractice: Fully covered, including tail (W2 or 1099)
