Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in San Clemente, California. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing medical procedures (IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR ROLE) and capable of serving a wide range of patients, from infants to geriatrics (IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR ROLE). • Physician Development and Mentorship: We have a structured mentorship program that supports professional growth and development for our physicians. Position Details:
• Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule; 4.5-day work week with flexibility in daily schedule and protected lunch/charting time
• Manageable call schedule with nursing support for triage
• On-site radiology, laboratory, treatment room for minor procedures and phlebotomy including stat lab draws
• Collaborative team of experienced physicians, APPs, RNs as well as access to a comprehensive network of specialists
• Support for EMR tasks during vacation/time off
• Well trained, efficient support staff and dedicated on-site clinic manager
• Loyal patient base and excellent group support for building a thriving practice
• Use of EPIC electronic health record Compensation & Benefits:
• Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year
• Profit Sharing and Cash Balance Plans

• Eligibility for loan forgiveness to support financial well-being The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Qualifications & Requirements:
• Must be board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
• Be licensed in the State of California
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
