Are you a Physician looking for a rewarding, flexible, and highly impactful clinical opportunity—without the burden of hospital hours or the bureaucracy of traditional systems?

This full-time mobile wound care position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while enjoying a work-life balance that’s increasingly rare in today’s healthcare landscape.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Excellent Compensation: Competitive salary of $250,000 annually PLUS Annual Bonus Incentive.
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends or on-call
  • Autonomy and Impact: Deliver care directly at the bedside to patients who need it most in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings
  • Supportive, Collaborative Environment: Join a team that values clinical excellence and continuity of care

About the Role:
As a mobile wound care physician, you’ll be part of an innovative care delivery model—bringing advanced wound treatments to patients in their care facilities. You’ll perform bedside procedures, evaluate patient conditions, and collaborate with dedicated nurse practitioners and facility staff to ensure optimal healing outcomes.
Your week will include:

  • Performing wound assessments, debridements, and creating treatment plans
  • Using advanced tools like the UltraMIST device at the bedside
  • Reviewing diagnostic tests and lab work to guide care decisions
  • Supporting nurse practitioners through chart review, clinical mentoring, and quality oversight
  • Ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance

This is an ideal role for physicians who want to focus on patient care—without being tied to a hospital or outpatient clinic setting.

What You’ll Need:

  • MD or DO degree and active Pennsylvania medical license
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Surgery, Wound Care or a related specialty
  • At least 1 year of experience in wound care or post-acute care/skilled nursing facility
  • Willingness to serve as a collaborating physician under Pennsylvania state law
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills

The Right Fit for:

  • Physicians who value flexibility, independence, and impactful care delivery
  • Those seeking a break from hospital politics or heavy call schedules
  • Clinicians who want to be part of a respected and mission-driven healthcare model

If you're ready for a change that prioritizes both your professional satisfaction and personal well-being, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
