TidalHealth, located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Surgeon to join our expanding team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital. We are part of a physician-led multi-specialty group that promotes quality care that is community driven. Our over 500 providers enjoy an outstanding work-life balance in this beautiful coastal region.
Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $450,000 – $560,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
Sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
On-Site Child Care

Level III Trauma center
Monday- Friday 8-5; Call 1:5 covering TidalHealth Peninsula Regional only
Work both inpatient and outpatient coverage
Spacious operating and examination rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional support staff
Operating rooms equipped with da Vinci Robotics
More than 18,000 surgeries and 2,300 births annually
