TidalHealth, located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking an Executive Medical Director supporting Behavioral Health to join our expanding team. We are part of a physician-led multi-specialty group that promotes quality care that is community driven. Our over 500 providers enjoy an outstanding work-life balance in this beautiful coastal region.
Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $300,000 – $400,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
Sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
