Benefis Health System, a large trauma center in Great Falls, Montana is looking to add a CRNA to our Anesthesia team specifically working 24-hour inhouse shifts in our Labor and Delivery unit, with opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired in outpatient surgical areas including Ambulatory Surgery, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and MRI.
Practice
24-hour in house shifts on OB inpatient unit handing various OB cases including high risk population
100% Independent Practice - own cases
Average of 4-6 procedures a day – combination of c-section and epidural
Dedicated call room on unit
Experienced, trustworthy nursing and OB staff, level III NICU 1 floor down
Average of 5-6 deliveries a day not counting DNC, crash sections, blood patch or trauma response
C-section rate is 35%, 2 operating rooms + recovery on the unit
Approximately 120 deliveries a month
Responsible for trauma call response to ED (1st anesthesia has 30 minutes to respond from home)
