• Average 2-2.5 patients per hour. You’ll have the space to practice medicine the way you envisioned it.

• Consistent, Predictable Hours: Primarily Monday–Friday, Clinic Hours (hours and days are flexible) 40 hours per week.
• Attractive Compensation: A base salary of $160K annually

• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Key Qualifications

• Current, active Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in Montana or North Dakota (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in Primary Care and diagnostic services, caring for patients ages 2 and up.
• Current DEA registration for prescribing and dispensing.
• A strong desire to focus on health promotion and chronic disease management/prevention.
