We are seeking experienced candidates for a full-time opportunity in our Waupun occupational health clinic.This unique position will provide patient care and be a partner to our employer contracts. You'll handle pre-employment and work-related physicals, as well as developing population health programs.

• 100% Outpatient clinic setting

Your Qualifications:

• Experience strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills
• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin
• Preferred certifications - will need to be obtained
• Medical Examiner certification for DOT physicals
• NIOSH
• CAOHC

At our Fond du Lac, WI facility, physicians are employed by the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, an independent yet closely affiliated group, while advanced practice providers (APPs) are directly employed by SSM Health, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
