Ballad Health and Norton Community Hospital are seeking quality Obstetricians-Gynecologists to join a longstanding OB program supported by Hospitalists, 2 Family Nurse Practitioners, a Community Health Worker, a Breastfeeding Consultant and other office staff to serve the needs of Wise County, the City of Norton and surrounding areas.

• Anesthesiology services available 24/7 with one of the four CRNA's or Anesthesiologists.
• Outpatient office is conveniently located on campus next to the Family Birthing Center. Office is equipped with 2 Ultrasound Techs 5 days per week, a Community Health worker and Breastfeeding Consultant that covers the outpatient office and L&D unit along with a 2:1 Nurse Provider ratio and full clerical staff.
• Behavioral Health Services available to your patients via telemedicine.
• Access to the NICU at Niswonger Children's Hospital (a dedicated children's facility and member of Ballad Health) for high-risk deliveries
• High risk patients are co-managed by Maternal Fetal Medicine via telemedicine or in office visits including deliveries when possible before NICU transport.
• Staff and physicians work closely together as a team. 
• Care is provided for low and high-risk patients, including bariatric patients.
• System-operated flight service and readily available Niswonger NICU transport team is minutes away a 20–25-minute flight time from Norton to Johnson City (Pediatric transport ambulance also available).
