PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Total number of physicians in specialty currently in department at practice site: 1
• Total advanced practitioners in specialty currently in department at practice site: 2
• Site where provider will work: Park Rapids
• Anticipated weekly work schedule at base location: 8-5 M-F
• Anticipated volume of office patients per day at base location: 15-20
• Features of interest: New clinic and remodeled hospital
• Certified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician

LOCATION 

• Centrally located in the heart of the lakes country
• 3 hours north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Park Rapids population: 4,000
