A leading Community Health Center in Southern Arizona is actively seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician, with visa support available. The position offers Monday-Friday clinic hours with no in-patient responsibilities, seeing an average of 12+ patients per day. Light phone call duties are shared equally among providers. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate travel and significant time off, with options for full-time, .8 FTE, and sabbatical positions allowing up to 50 consecutive days off per year. All roles include full benefits, 5 weeks of vacation, and holidays off. Additionally, a $5,000 CME allowance is provided, with multiple bonus opportunities available. The average provider earns well over $300k annually.
