OUTPATIENT PHYSICIAN NEEDED IN CHANDLER

Excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join this growing practice in Chandler, AZ.  This group takes an integrative approach to provide positive outcomes for their patients.  We are a team of 10  providers.  The practice has 3 clinics in Phoenix.  We are seeking a physician who has an interest in managing adult patients with acute and chronic issues, wellness, preventative health, women's health and hormone therapies.   

• Full-time physician can choose a 4 (10s) or 5  (8s) work week
• Will consider part-time - 3 days per week

Requirements:
Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
AZ licensed
No history of malpractice claims or license issues
Ability to work well in a team
Strong interest in hormone balancing, preventative healthcare and wellness
