West Virginia University Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute and the Department of Neurology in the WVU School of Medicine are recruiting neurologists to provide inpatient and/or outpatient care for Camden Clark Medical Center, with an academic appointment of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor. The successful candidates will be expected to practice in Parkersburg, WV.
Camden Clark Medical Center serves the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding region through a 327-bed, not-for-profit, acute care facility. We provide a broad range of services, offering the latest in medical technology, a highly trained staff including more than 1,900 employees and 586 volunteers and 220+ physicians in virtually every specialty.

The West Virginia University Health System is West Virginia s largest health system and the state s largest employer. The System has undergone significant expansion in specialty and sub-specialty care in areas such as cancer, heart and vascular, and neuroscience, among many others. The Health System operates West Virginia s first and only multi-organ transplant center, and opened a new, 150-bed Children s Hospital in September 2022.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of neurology. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students and residents.
Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed a Neurology residency program and must be board certified / eligible in Neurology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
