Job Description

The University of Rochester is recruiting Family Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics physicians to join our growing Primary Care network and regional expansion sites. We have openings in Rochester, as well as in the surrounding Upstate NY region, including the communities of Hornell, Bath and Geneva, among others.

Depending on your circumstances, our locations may be eligible to sponsor J1 visa waiver and/or H1-B sponsorship.

Position Requirements:

  • Full spectrum of Primary Care responsibilities - outpatient only
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, days - including protected administrative time weekly (1/2 to 1 day)
  • Call: pager only (rotates among all providers in the practice) - Nurse Triage system

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics 
  • NY medical license
  • New/recent Residency graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
