JOB SUMMARY

Provides long-term comprehensive care for patient population 18 years and older. Diagnoses and treats variety of diseases and injuries in general practice. As a Physician in an affiliated medical practice, provides medical services to patients in an assigned area. Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with Case Manager for admitted patients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certification in  Internal Medicine within 3 years of residency training
• Active Maryland MD license, CDS & DEA
