Join one of the nation’s largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Sheboygan South in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Position highlights
• Subspecialty access in the market is outstanding
• Two-year income guarantee from $361,960 to $361,960
• Team: Will join Dr. Johnson and Dr. Vrzal; team will have 3 physicians total.
• Schedule: 4-day work week (36 patient contact hours); Clinic hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Inbox/Call: Call is ~1:25, mostly nurse-triaged (85% resolved without MD); weekend call covers full weekend.
• On-Site Services: Limited rehab, PT, lab, x-ray, sleep lab. Lab/x-ray available onsite when staffed; otherwise done at main clinic (1.5 miles away).
• Support: Assigned LPN/MA for rooming/in-basket, onsite nurses for triage/visits/rechecks, virtual prior auth support.
• Other Highlights: Strong local specialist collaboration (phone/EPIC), close-knit team, rehab onsite, high Hmong-speaking population, adult-focused with optional peds.
