  • Schedule Options:
  o 50-hour work week with no call/no weekends required.
  $299,000 Annually
  $125/hr. for any hours worked over 10 hours per day during the week.
  Opportunity to cover weekend call for additional income, if desired.
  • Increased pay for weekend call at $145/hr.
  o 40-hour work week with call/weekends required.
  $260,000-$300,000 Plus Annually
  • Peel-off schedule with post-call day off.
  • $125/hr. for any hours worked over 8 hours per day during the week.
  • Increased pay for weekend call at $145/hr.
  o $60,000 in Signing Incentives for a 3-year commitment.
  30,000 training stipend or sign-on bonus.
  25,000 student loan repayment or retention bonuses.
  5,000 relocation allowance.
  o ACT Model with the opportunity to do spinals, a-line’s and epidurals, if desired.
  o Level 3 Trauma Center, in the process of becoming a Level 2 Trauma Center.
