Geriatrician  Details:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Geriatrician to provide excellent care for our patients. Our team sees patients across the care continuum, and we offer several setting options, including inpatient consults, outpatient consults, SNF and/or ALF care, Geriatric primary care, home care or a combination of these settings.   

Role:  100% Geriatrics 

Location options:    Bloomfield, CT 

                                  Windham, CT

                                  Torrington, CT

Schedule:  Full-time, weekdays only

Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Geriatrics 

Preferred:

• Fellowship trained in Geriatrics
