Hospitalist Job at CentraCare in Willmar, MN

Full time IM Hospitalist to join the team of physicians at CentraCare's Rice Memorial Hospital site in Willmar, MN.

• Daytime shift (mainly rounding) 7 AM-5 PM, covered by two providers
• Swing/admitting shift from 1-11 PM, covered by one provider
• Overnight currently covered by tele-hospitalist service (no overnight coverage expected)
• Bedside procedures optional
• Opportunities to teach medical students and FM residents
• Flexible block scheduling utilized. 15 shifts/month considered full time

Must be BE/BC IM and able to obtain a MN License.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $310,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
• Salary range: $310,000 - $350,000 per year
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
