You will play a key role as part of the clinical operations team providing direct patient care and providing assessments in a primary care setting. 

Physicians are not measured based on productivity or wRVU's, but rather on outcomes and patient panels. Most physicians will care for panels in the 600-800 range and appointments are scheduled for 30 60 minutes per patient.
