Very busy, bread and butter urology practice is looking to add a second physician with robotics interest along with a bread and butter urology practice.  Full time PA also working in the clinic.  Huge demand for services along with an established clinic and surgical setting.  Currently, doing robotics for women's health and general surgery...strong desire to get urology piece established.  Current physician is very experienced and looking forward to partnering with somebody to increase capacity and provide services.  Willing to work with and help mentor new grad as well.  Established lithotripsy service.  Great collaboration with medical staff as well as supportive community and administration.  Low cost of living in the area with plentiful outdoor and recreational activities...wonderful place to raise a family.  Very competitive compensation and benefit package with productivity component.
