UnityPoint Health Allen Hospital is a 204-bed, not-for-profit community hospital serving the Cedar Valley. Allen Hospital is the busiest hospital in the Cedar Valley. We care for more inpatients, outpatients, emergency patients and cardiac patients than any other hospital in our 10-county service area. Responsibilities:

• Cover a variety of cases including general, urology, neurosurgery, ortho, podiatry, and OB as well as OR procedures
• Open 12 bed ICU with Intensivist
• Dedicated Hospitalist team
• No heart, Post 1^st call off, great work/life balance, tight-knit group, great work environment, and work hospital and Ambulatory surgical center

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Hold Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Good communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassion when dealing with patients and attention to detail.
