PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• This clinic is a strong, cohesive team looking for someone truly passionate in Family Medicine to join them.
• This department is in the process of developing a high-quality, efficient service model integrating MD, AP, RN, CA and other support staff. This model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.
• The team is made up of 5.15 FTE Physicians, 6.20 FTE APC s, RN, CA, IBH, Pharm D, PSA and 20.47 FTE additional staff.
• M-F; patient contact hours is 36
• Hours 7am-5pm M-F
• Estimated patients per day: 20
• EPIC medical record
• Call = After hours, phone only (nights & weekends). Call ratio will be 1:6

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Family Practice
• OB requires being a part of a Community-wide, FP OB Call group

LOCATION

• Located in the Duluth, MN area; 150 miles North of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Service area: Duluth and surrounding areas
• Duluth/Hermantown 95,000
