John Pinto

Currently, John is the Manager of Recruitment. John is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a great recruitment team. While serving in these capacities, John helps to develop talent acquisition strategies including competency-based recruitment models and targeted selection techniques. His current responsibilities involve sourcing candidates and developing and implementing organizational recruiting systems. This allows him the opportunity to build long-lasting client relationships and he has an established ability to build a high level of trust with his candidates and Department Chiefs.
John started his staffing career with CompHealth Group based in Norwalk in 2000, where he served as a Senior Search Consultant in the Primary Care and Sub-specialty division. He continued growing the division, expanding territory and consistently was in the top 25% of billers nationwide. John has the unique ability to control both sides of the deal and the distinctive talent to talk to all levels of professionals. He consistently managed 25+ clients (both hospitals and private practices) and as many as 90 candidates looking for a new position. John also served as the representative to all annual national conferences including the American College of Gastroenterology, American College of Cardiology, Society of Hospitalist Medicine and the American College of Physicians. John was responsible for the permanent placement of all medical specialties throughout the Northeast Region of Tenet Healthcare. With his market knowledge, networking capabilities, marketing skills and grass roots recruiting approach, he has successfully placed over 1100 physicians across the country.
