Shannon Clements

Since graduating from Oakland City University in 2003 with a degree in Business Management and Human Resources, my career in HR has spanned two decades. I previously served as the Director of Human Resources at Deaconess Union County, Kentucky (formerly Methodist) from 2019-2022, and am excited to now serve Deaconess Illinois as a physician recruiter. I am focused on building relationships within the healthcare industry and providing our patients with well-qualified, experienced candidates to ensure the highest quality of care.
