My journey in healthcare recruitment began in 2011, after joining Hackensack Meridian in 2009 as an Access Service Representative at Jersey Shore University Medical Center—a name synonymous with excellence in healthcare. Over the years, I have evolved within the organization, transitioning from a Physician Liaison at Southern Ocean Medical Center to assuming the pivotal role of Physician Relationship Manager in 2017.

My solid academic foundation comes from Walden University, where I honed my skills in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development, culminating in receiving a Master of Science in Management. This education has been crucial in understanding the complexities of healthcare management and in navigating the challenges of healthcare recruitment.

In my current role, I leverage my extensive experience and deep understanding of the healthcare landscape to foster strong, productive relationships between surgeons and our healthcare facilities.
