Bianca McKinney

As Provider Recruiter, Bianca connects physicians and advanced practice providers with opportunities across our network of hospitals and has developed a deep understanding of the Indiana healthcare market. Bianca is a member of SHO’s Provider Recruitment Council and Physician Practice Council. Additionally, she oversees the operations of SHO’s sourcing activities for SHO’s owner hospitals including: 

• Managing the candidate screening process and initial interviews
• Coordinating candidate flow and sourcing efforts
• Building connections and relationship with interested candidates
• Providing support for client relationships
• Directing candidate outreach efforts including email, direct mail and cold calls
• Managing relationships with resident and fellowship programs
• Developing online and print advertising campaigns
• Tracking and management of performance metrics
• Representing SHO Provider Recruitment at industry events
• Maintaining social media outreach and other marketing content

Bianca is an active member of the Indiana Society of Physician Recruiters (INSPR) and is the head of the Marketing committee.
