My mission is to connect healthcare professionals with CenterWell, Humana's largest clinic of its kind, offering a value-based care model that revolutionizes patient care, career/life balance, and compassionate service. I work with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants who want to practice the way they always dreamed of, seeing 12–15 patients per shift, all outpatient, while developing rapport, trust, and practicing compassionate care.

I leverage my skills in market knowledge, active listening, marketing, and recruiting to understand the needs and preferences of healthcare providers and patients, and to offer customized solutions and guidance. I know the competitive landscape, what to look out for, and where the markets are heading. I help candidates navigate the opportunities and challenges of working with CenterWell, and I support them throughout the hiring process and beyond.
