As a senior physician recruiter with Humana's Primary Care Organization (Conviva and CenterWell), she has spent years honing her skills in finding the best healthcare professionals. Katherine holds a master’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, where she learned the ins and outs of human behavior and motivation.
