As the executive of physician recruitment, my role is to manage the staffing of all of our affiliated hospitals and medical practices. WHY DO I LIKE WORKING FOR ALIGNED PROVIDERS? 

I think everyone is always looking for the next best thing in their careers, and within that desire is the willingness to compromise what they want; for example taking the higher pay, but getting less benefits, or getting to work remote but having to work more hours.  Working for Aligned providers is the removal of that compromise.   Everyone here is paid exceptionally well, the benefits are incredible, work schedule is flexible and leadership has a strong value of trust.  It is an absolute delight working for an employer that makes me feel valued, trusted and like a family member.  

They say the best way to sell something is to first have buy in.  Well I can say for 100% certainly I firmly believe in what im selling ! I dont have to cross my fingers and hope that our new team member will be happy, I simply know they will.
