Sera Waldron

Hi there!

My name is Sera, just like the triceratops from Land Before Time. Before my switch to Talent Acquisitions and HR, I worked as a mortician apprentice for 2 and a half years. My brief career taught me a lot about business management centered around empathy and compassion for those seeking care in their time of need.  From there, healthcare became an easy switch, moving from end-of-life services to continuous patient care.

I am the Talent Operations Manager here at MyCare, and have worked here for over 2 years.  I have a passion for meeting new people and helping them find the career that best suits what dreams they wish to pursue, and I love watching them succeed beyond what they even imagined in their first interview.  I have recruited everything from administrative support workers to IT professionals, from executives to clinical providers, and each candidate's journey is completely unique to them. 

My goal is to be each of my candidates' guide and advocate, setting them up for success from our very first call.  I look forward to meeting you and learning more about your skills and experiences!
